PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition useful for maintaining health, preventing diseases of adult people, making the most of gelatin having amino acid supplying action and inhibitory action on rise in cholesterol of gelatin, by adding gelatin (hydrolyzate thereof) to cow's milk, etc. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. calculated as protein of cow's milk or diary product is blended with 20-70 pts.wt. calculated as protein of gelatin (hydrolyzate) to give the objective composition. |
