A balance weight (14) maintains the recuperator (4) in the top position when there is no wind. The aerodynamic drag of the recuperator acts in the opposite direction. In consequence, in the event of a high wind, the recuperator moves down towards the ground where the wind is of lower strength. One position of equilibrium corresponds to each wind intensity.
