PURPOSE:To easily set the same registration at two spots and to prevent the danger of erroneous setting by providing a means to detect an address set by a terminal and record the address in a terminal address memory and a terminal address list, in a terminal housing circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a packet identification part 21 identifies a transmission packet frame from a terminal 10, a transmission source address detection part 27 detects a transmission source address SA of this packet frame. Further, when an address AD already stored in a terminal address memory 23 is retrieved and the same address as the detected address SA is not recorded, the detected transmission address is stored to the terminal address memory 23 and this address is sent out to a central control unit 30 as a new terminal address. On the other hand, when the same address is recorded, the transmission source address detection part 27 sends out the detected address SA to the central control unit 30 only in an initial state. Thus, labor for setting two spots is saved and the errorneous setting can be eliminated at all.
