PURPOSE:To perform mutual detachment between a recording head and heat exchange member freely by a simple operation by a method wherein to a heat exchange member fixed on a supporting member, the heat exchange member is inserted in a gap between a recording head and a pressing member provided on the recording head, to install the recording head or detach the recording head while resisting pressing force of the pressing member. CONSTITUTION:A heat pipe 2 is fixed to a housing 101 around the border between a first heat conversion part and second heat conversion part, and a recording head 1 equipped with a pressing member 8 is installed on the heat pipe 2 from the top. Before the installation, the recording head 1 slightly tilts the pressing member 8 to the recording head 1 side. When the recording head is installed, the heat pipe 2 is inserted in a gap between the pressing member 8 and recording head 1, and by elastic force of the pressing member generated at this time, the heat pipe 2 is pressed to the recording head 1 side. Since the recording head 1 is detached for each ink color, exchange of the recording head can be easily performed. |
