PURPOSE:To simplify thawing of frozen 'SUSHI' (vinegared rice with fish and vegetables) so as to provide cold materials for the 'SUSHI' and cooked rice of body warmth by placing a microwave-shielding thin-film lid having slits provided at specific positions on plural pieces of the frozen 'SUSHI' arranged at a specific interval and thawing the 'SUSHI' in a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of frozen 'SUSHI' are arranged at 3-10mm interval of the mutual pieces thereof and a lid composed of a microwave-shielding thin film (preferably aluminum foil) having slits in parts where the respective intervals between the mutual pieces of the 'SUSHI' are projected to the microwave-shielding thin film is placed on the aforementioned 'SUSHI' (at >=1mm interval between the above-mentioned lid and the 'SUSHI'). Thermal cooking is then carried out until materials for the 'SUSHI' and cooked rice attain temperatures at which they can be eaten in a microwave oven to perform the objective thawing. |
