PURPOSE:To obtain accurate relative humidity by setting the relative humidity atmosphere of a sample to be measured at the arbitrary value of 0-100% at an arbitrary temperature, and controlling the temperature of a saturated vapor generating part and a sample part in high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A saturated steam generating part 15 sends air into a saturated- steam generating tank surrounded with a constant-temperature water tank 1, and saturated steam at a constant temperature is generated. A relative- humidity control-system computer 12 computes the setting temperature of the saturated-steam generating tank based on a preset sample temperature and a required relative humidity value. The relative-humidity atmosphere of the sample to be measured is arbitrarily set in the range of 0-100% under arbitrary temperature. Then, the temperature of the saturated-vapor generating part and a sample part can be controlled highly accurately, and the accurate relative humidity is obtained. |
