PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficiently long tear part to unpack a package without using any perforation by a method wherein a film is slit to form a tab piece at a tear starting point and the one end of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is positioned at the foward side of the tab piece, extended throughout the tear line over the tab piece and attached to the outer peripheral side of the film. CONSTITUTION:Film 1 is provided with a V-shaped slit 2 at a tear starting point of a package to form a tab piece 3. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 4 is applied to the film with the one end thereof positioned at the forward side of the tab piece 3 and extending to cover the tab piece 3. This end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 4 is folded back on its adhesive side to form a grip part 6. When the package is unpacked by tearing off the pressure- sensitive adhesive tape 4, this grip part 6 affords a hold for the fingers to pull the tape 4 and, therefore, makes the tearing easy. |
