摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten time for driving a load by connecting the output terminal of a bipolar circuit to the output terminal of an MOS inverter circuit in the final step and connecting the input terminal of the bipolar circuit to the input terminal of the MOS inverter circuit preceding to the final step by the odd- number of steps. CONSTITUTION:An inverter circuit group with the cascade connection of plural inverter circuits and a bipolar circuit ML are provided, and the output terminal of a bipolar circuit M1 is connected to an output terminal To of the inverter circuit in the final step of the inverter circuit group. Then, the input terminal of the bipolar circuit M1 is connected to an input terminal Ti of the inverter circuit preceding to the final step by the odd-number of steps in the inverter circuit group. The load is driven by the bipolar circuit ML which input terminal Ti is connected to the input terminal of the MOS inverter in the preceding step. Thus, the time for driving the load is shortened without enlarging the size of an MOS transistor.
