PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of data transmission error and the interruption of a sound talk by setting a sound talk mode to use a line exclusive for a sound after turning on a press talk switch (PTT) by a mobile station, and automatically returning the mode to a data communication mode to use a line exclusive for data after the lapse of fixed time. CONSTITUTION:A base station A distributes radio equipments TR1-TR(n-1) exclusive for data to mobile station groups G1-G(n-1) and uses lines C1-(n-1) exclusively for data. A radio equipment TRn exclusive for sound in the base station A is a transmission/reception switch type and at normal type, however, the equipment is set on standby in a reception mode. Then, the selection right of the line Cn exclusive for sound is applied to the mobile station side. Namely, when the PTT is turned on on the mobile station side, the usage is moved to the line Cn exclusive for a sound and after the lapse of prescribed communication limit time, it is returned to the lines C1-C(n-1) exclusive for data. Thus, the data transmission error is not generated and even when a data transmission request is generated during the sound talk, the sound talk is not interrupted within the communication limit time since this request can be held on standby. |
