The reciprocating harrow has at least two transverse box-girder beams carrying the cultivation implements which consist of pairs of tines (4). The beams are driven by the tractor power take-off. On the side of the longitudinal carrier (3) turned towards the direction of travel (8), a wear-protection element (14), e.g. a plate or steel sheet, extends in each front and lower part (13, 17) of each longitudinal carrier (3). USE/ADVANTAGE - The working life of the longitudinal harrow-beams is simply and cost-effectively increased.
