PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition useful as tube type space food, etc., for increasing body protein such as muscle increase or shape up, having specific values of viscosity and amino acid score, containing protein, fats and carbohydrate in specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising 40-65wt.% based on dry weight of protein, 5-25wt.% fats and 15-40wt.% carbohydrate and having 500-3,000cp viscosity (30 deg.C by Brookfield viscometer) and >=80 amino acid score (based on 2-5 years old). |
