A designated second element (2) has a retainer guiding region (22) annular cross-section. The latter has cylindrical surfaces (21A, 22A) which match cylindrical surfaces (11A, 12A) of the respective inner (11) and outer (12) retaining regions of a designated first element (1). A slit (22a) in the outer cylindrical surface (22A) extends from below the second element to just before the free end of the bow of the guiding region (22). This slit has a curved base (22B) of a radius smaller than that of the outer cylindrical surface (22A). A hole (12a) in the outer retaining region (12) forms a coupled in the gap (13) between the outer side of the outer retaining region and the cylindrical surfaces. The elements (1, 2) can be rotated so that a projection (31) on the first can pass through the hole (12a) to be brought into sliding contact with the curved base (22B). USE - Prevents water pentrating housing of tachograph, e.g. of lorry, as well as loosening of front cover of tachograph.
