PURPOSE:To improve productivity and to prevent the sanitary hazard to workers and ambient environment as well by a method wherein a winding is formed by using a refrigerant resistance and self-fusing enamel wire and a varnish treatment process is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:A coil is formed by winding a double structure and self-fusing enamel wire having a refrigerant resistance semi-cured enamel layer. After mounting the coil in an iron core slot, the coil is heated by using a coil-forming mold to harden the semi-cured enamel layer. In this way, a varnish impregnation process and a lacing process for a coil end section can be omitted to remarkably improve productivity. Furthermore, operating time up to damage to a motor can remarkably be improved in a durability test. |
