PURPOSE:To make a high-speed operation possible, by feeding back the output of a gate circuit having plural input terminals to input teminals of this gate circuit through an inverter. CONSTITUTION:MOSFETs Q5 and Q6 constitute an inverter circuit 4, and an EFT Q7 moves the threshold voltage which the inverter circuit 4 has. The output of a gate circuit 5 is fed back positively to an inverter circuit 6, and the output of the circuit 6 controls the FET Q7. Consequently, since only a time delay corresponding to the one-stage inverter occurs in this circuit, the high-speed operation is possible. |
