PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device to reduce the weight by rotatably supporting rotary shafts by a bearing mechanism rotated and driven by ultasonic actuators. CONSTITUTION:By expansion and contraction of electrostriction piezoelectric elements 49 deformation in a progressive mode is generated on the outer peripheral surface of a driving disc 47, and by the deformation in the progressive mode, rotary shafts 45 are rotated. The rotation of the rotary shafts 45 causes eccentric rotation of eccentric bodies 44 to rotate an external tooth gear 42. The rotation of the external tooth gear 42 causes an output shaft 41 to rotate eccentrically. |
