<p>The present application for a Patent concerns a Juice Extractor for industrial use, consisting of an outer shell (1), which is cylindrical in shape and obtained by extrusion from a light material such as aluminium. The electric driving motor (2) is housed inside this shell (1) and there is a linear potentiometer (5) for changing the centrifugal speed on one of its sides. Above this section is the liquidiser head or basin (9) with its pertinent inlet (13) at the top for introducing the products to be liquidised and the outlet (10) at the bottom for the liquid. There is also an elbow-lever, which, when in the upright position, enables the upper centrifugal section to be sealed; the centrifugal device is activated by a suitable microswitch.</p> |
