<p>PURPOSE:To keep the temperature of a container receiving material in a constant range at all times, and enable the welding of a plug to a container to be performed positively by circulating temperature controlling fluid into the inner part of a container receiving material that is inserted into the inner part of a container on which a plug is mounted. CONSTITUTION:When a carton 3 fits into an anvil 5, a slide table 7 moves and the tip end of a vibration horn 10 comes into contact with the right side upper surface of the carton 3, furthermore, presses it to the anvil 5. At this time, the plug part 17 of a plug 16 comes into the recession 18 provided on the tip end of the vibration horn 10. In this state, the plug 16 is given ultrasonic vibration and heated thereby and the base part 19 of the plug 16 is welded to the inner side surface of the carton 3. At this time, the fluid supply pipe 21 of temperature adjusting means secured to the anvil 5 is joined to a fluid supply source via a cock 23, whereby temperature adjusting fluid is supplied from the fluid supply source to an anvil cavity part 20 via a fluid supply pipe 21.</p> |
