PURPOSE:To eliminate sticking, the strike through of a lubricating component and the transfer of ink to a sticking preventing layer by coating the rear of a base film with a heat-resistant resin and a resin having releasability and low frictional properties. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant resin is one whose thermal wt. reduction at 350 deg.C is 10% or less and, by setting thermal wt. reduction to 10% or less, this resin almost generates no sticking phenomenon due to the deficiency of heat resistance. When thermal wt. reduction exceeds 10%, the running inferiority of an ink ribbon due to the sticking phenomenon is generated when high speed printing is carried out. When a resin formed by a curing mechanism of either one of thermosetting, photo-setting and radiation/electron beam curing mechanisms is used as the heat-resistant resin, excellent coating aptitude is obtained. By using a curable resin as a resin having releasability and low frictional properties, strike through or the transfer of ink from an ink layer to a sticking preventing layer is not almost generated and excellent lubricating properties are developed. |
