Thermoplastic films suitable for adhesive bonding. They consist of a mixture comprising at least one thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) based on polyamide and at least one modified copolyolefin. The films may be employed as such in the form of mono- or multilayer films, but can also be involved in the manufacture of composite materials (noise-suppressing laminates, sailboard, decorative panels for the bottom of motor vehicle bodywork).
