<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the absorptive article being excellent in leak preventability by forming a prescribed composite elastic sheet, dividing it into two lines of composite elastic sheet lines, and subsequently, shifting the phase between sheet lines and opposing substantially the respective many elastic members to each other, respectively, and thereafter, attaching the sheet lines to both side edges in the carrying direction of the absorptive article, respectively. CONSTITUTION:While a composite elastic sheet 20 is carried continuously, the composite elastic sheet 20 is cut into a linear shape in the center part in the width direction by a slitter 116 and divided into two lines of composite elastic sheet lines 21, 21. The phase between each divided composite elastic sheet line 21, 21 is shifted by a half period portion, the respective elastic members 8, 8 are placed so as to become positions opposed substantially to each other, and thereafter, by a second pressure roll 120 and a third pressure roll 119, each composite elastic sheet line 21, 21 is stuck and attached to waist flap parts 5, 5 of a semi-product of an absorptive article 1. Also, by attaching fitting members 9, 9 to this semi-product, and subsequently, cutting the left and the right side flap parts 5, 6, recessed parts 5A, 5A are provided thereon, respectively, and thereafter, by cutting them into prescribed length (chain line), each absorptive article 1 is manufactured.</p> |
