发明名称 ALLOY POWDER FOR BONDED MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a powder which does not contain any rare-earth elements and whose coercive force is high by a method wherein the powder is composed of Zr, B, Co and unavoidable impurities and it is provided with a fine crystal texture whose composition and average particle size are specific and with a specific coercive force. CONSTITUTION:This is an alloy powder, for bonded magnet use, which is provided with a fine crystal texture having a composition expressed by the formula and having an average particle size of 4000Angstrom or lower and whose coercive force is 1kOe or higher. The alloy powder can be manufactured in the following manner: e.g. a molten metal is sprayed on a single rolle which is turned at high speed; it is quenched and solidified; an obtained thin belt is crashed; or, the thin belt is heated in a vacuum or in an inert gas and is cooled; after that, the belt is crushed. For example, a synthetic resin or a solder alloy can be enumerated as a binder; it is preferable to use the synthetic resin whose heat- resistant property is high; a polyamide, a polyimide or a polyester can be enumerated.
