INJECTION MOLDED BODY WITH TURBULENCE PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR HOLLOW SECTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To form securely a hollow section along a thick wall section by providing a channel-shaped fluid weir along an area near the inner side of a curved section of the thick wall section of curved hollow structure. CONSTITUTION:An injection molded body is provided with a rib-shaped thick wall section 1 curved almost flat U-shape. The inside of said thick wall section 1 forms a hollow section 4, while a channel-shaped fluid weir section 2 is formed along the inner sides of two curved sections of the thick wall section 1. The fluid resistance to fluid weir section 2 can be further increased by making the wall thickness of the inside of curved section, by which a flow path of pressurized gas being forced in can be directed to the direction along the curved thick wall section 1.
