SEQUENCE CONTROL TEST SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To facilitate the correction of the plant simulation information by transmitting a signal generation pattern to a sequence controller from a personal computer and producing the signals within the sequence controller. CONSTITUTION:A generation pattern table of a soft simulator contained in a sequence is obtained when a personal computer transmits the signals produced from a sequence diagram and registered via the communication processing. Meanwhile a trace signal table is obtained when the personal computer registers the signal produced from the sequence diagram and registered as a trace output subject signal and then transmits this signal via a communication processing. Then the specifications of both DI and DO signals are set to a trace data table via the trace collecting function of the simulator. The contents of this table are sent to the personal computer and printed by a printer as an action record. Thus the correction is facilitated for the setting data used for production of signals.
