The directional stabilizing system of articulated vehicles concerns the field of mechanical engineering, or more precisely, the construction of vehicles consisting of two hinge-connected parts. It deals with the problem of suppressing undesirable lateral breakaway of the rear part (3) of the vehicle based on pushing conception as a result of a loss of adhesion of the driving wheels of this part. The principle of the design is a signalling device assembled from mechanical parts, which compares the angle of lateral breakaway of the rear part (3) of the vehicle with the rotation angle of the wheels of the steerable axle (11), which emits electric signal for control of hydraulic units (21, 21') which provide further means for hinge-interconnection of the hinge-connected parts. The signalling device comprises the collar (33) with fixed and moving contacts of the switch (34, 34', 341), inside which there is a displaceably mounted control rod (15) with at least one cam groove (151, 151', 152), while the moving contacts of the switch (34, 34',341) for regulating the hydraulic units (21, 21') bears on it. The collar (33) is hinge-connected to the rear part (3) of the vehicle and the control rod (15) is cinematically connected to the steering mechanism (12) of the steerable axle (11).<IMAGE>
