PURPOSE:To obtain a porous air-permeable film having soft feeling with agreeable touch by subjecting a resin composition comprising a specific ratio of polycaprolactone and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc., to extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION:(A) 20-50wt.% polycaprolactone is mixed with (B) 80-50wt.% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (preferably containing 5-25wt.% vinyl acetate and having 1.0-10 melt index) or ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer (preferably containing 5-30wt.% ethyl acrylate and having 0.5-15 melt index) and a resultant resin composition is subjected to extrusion molding by an inflation method or a T-die method to afford the aimed film.
