PURPOSE:To make long-term use possible in a corrosive atmosphere by bonding and laminating a laminated film consisting of a surface layer composed of a thermoplastic resin film and an adhesive layer composed of a thermoplastic resin film based on a carboxylic acid modified olefinic (co)polymer to both surfaces of a conductive metal foil under heating and pressure. CONSTITUTION:A proper thermoplastic resin film constituting a surface layer is composed of thermoplastic resin such as thermoplastic polyester, polypropylene, high density polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride. As a carboxylic acid modified olefinic (co)polymer, a thermoplastic modified resin having a carboxyl group in the form chemically bonded to a polyolefin resin represented by polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene being a homopolymer of a lower olefin such as ethylene or propylene and a copolymer of said lower olefin and a copolymerizable monomer such as ethyl (meth)acrylate or butyl (meth)acrylate due to various polymerization methods is proper. |
