PURPOSE:To provide the title composition having nonflammability, oil detergency, dryability, nontoxicity comparable to specific CFCs, comprising a hydrocarbon solvent, fluorine-based solvent except specific CFC solvents, and terpenoid solvent including plant natural essential oil. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) pref. 0-40wt.% of a hydrocarbon solvent 25-70 deg.C in flash point including kerosene, light oil and isoparaffin oil, (B) pref. >=40wt.% of a fluorine-based solvent except CFC solvents capable of depleting the ozone layer such as CFC-11 (CCl3F), (C) pref. >=1wt.% of a terpenoid solvent including plant natural essential oil, and, where appropriate, (D) pref. 0-40wt.% of an alcohol solvent. The component B is e.g. HFC-134a (CF3-CH2F), HCFC-125 (CF3-CHF2), HCFC-225cb (CF2Cl-CF2-CHClF). |
