<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous judgement of deterioration by changing the judgement level of a deterioration judging means for judging the deterioration of an engine according to the feed quantity of the secondary air by comparing the relation between the intake pressure and the primary air flow quantity with a previously set judgement level. CONSTITUTION:When the correspondence relation between the intake pressure of an engine which is detected by an intake pressure detecting means and the intake air quantity of the engine which is detected by an intake air quantity detecting means deflects from a previously set judgement level, and the intake air quantity corresponding to the intake pressure increases, the deterioration of the engine is judged by a deterioration judging means. Accordingly, the above-described judgement level is changed according to the feed quantity of the secondary air which is supplied into an exhaust passage in the vicinity of an engine operation chamber by a secondary air feeding means, and the erroneous judgement by the secondary air is prevented.</p> |
