CONSTITUTION:The circular rotating body 1 is rotated in an arrow direction by a gear 4 of a rotational driving shaft 3 meshed with external teeth 2. The condenser lens 5 is fixed in the rotating body 1. The condenser lens 5 is eccentrically mounted within the rotating body 1 which is rotationally driven coaxially with the laser beam 9. Not only the welding width necessary for build-up welding, etc., is assured in this way but also the stirring effect by reheating of the weld metal is obtd.
