Shoe with laminated sole structure - has automatically shaped top layer on flexible bed, and rigid layer underneath

The shoe laminated sole structure has its top layer (16) anatomically shaped and resting on a flexible bed (4), beneath which there is at least one rigid layer (10). The sole (14) has at its front end a rolling segment (23) which is curved upwards for a given height (Hz). The tip of the rolling segment is set at a distance of 10 to 50 mm from the bearing face (12), and pref. of 30 to 40 mm for adult shoe sizes. The rigid layer is pref. recessed or bent underneath the toe area.
