<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient range of detection and to enable execution of scanning over a wide range, by combining straight movement and rotatory movement vt an electromagnetic linear motor and by applying a radar wave so that it follows these movements. CONSTITUTION:A laser light generated from a radar driving circuit 8 is condensed by a condenser lens in a radar head 4 and then applied to a target object. In this operation of application, first a moving block 2 operates as an electromagnetic linear motor and starts straight movement. When the moving block 2 reaches either one of end parts of a recessed part 1a of a fixed block 1, thereafter, the straight movement of the moving block 2 once stops and is fixed at the end part, and this time a rotatory element 3 operates as the electromagnetic motor and makes rotatory movement. With repetition of the straight movement and the rotatory movement, the laser light from the radar head 4 fixed on the top of the rotatory block 3 is applied in a wide range and, consequently, execution of scanning over a wide range is enabled.</p> |
