PURPOSE:To manufacture an easy-to-use device by providing a cooking equipment with a detection means of a condition of a cooking material and controlling a heating equipment by a supersonic signal. CONSTITUTION:When a container 1 containing water 2 is put on a sheet 12 to start heating by conduction, initially temperature of a thermistor 3 is low so that a control means 4 judges to be 'under heating' and outputs an H-signal to a modulation circuit 5. The circuit 5 impresses high frequency on a supersonic oscillator 6 to generate an ultrasonic wave. On the other hand, a supersonic receiving element 7 receives the ultrasonic wave through the sheet 12 to output it to a demodulation circuit 8. The circuit 8 outputs the H-signal to a driving means 9. The means 9 drives a high frequency current generation means 10 to excite a heating coil 11. As a result, the container 1 is heated so that the control means 4 judges through the thermistor 3 the water 2 inside the container 1 to be 'boiled' so as to output an L-signal to a circuit 5, the circuit 5 impresses the ultrasonic wave to the oscillator 6 to generate the ultrasonic wave, the receiving element 7 receives it to output it to the demodulation circuit 8, the circuit 8 outputs the L-signal to the driving circuit 9 to stop the driving signal to the high frequency generation means 10 and to stop excitation of the heating coil. |
