PURPOSE:To obtain an immunosuppressive agent effective in suppressing the production of antibody by using indolactam-V as an active component. CONSTITUTION:The objective immunosuppressive agent contains indolactam-V of formula as an active component. The compound of formula can be synthe sized from 4-nitrogramine. It is administered preferably at a dose of 0.01-1mg/kg.
