PURPOSE:To enhance performance by allowing two types of H2-Pc dispersed in molecular state and H2-Pc dispersed in particular state to coexist in a single layer. CONSTITUTION:X-type or tau-type H2-Pc are used as starting materials, these X-type or tau-type H2-Pc are filled in a reaction vessel together with solvent having capacity for dissolving at least part thereof, and binder polymer as required, and sufficiently agitated and mixed. An X-ray diffraction diagram of new photosensitive material obtained from the X-type or tau-type H2-Pc and the metal Pc as the starting materials is apparently different from an X-ray diffraction diagram of the X-type or tau-type H2-Pc. For example, the X-ray analysis diagram of the photosensitive material has, as compared with that of the X-type, there is a trend of vanishing a diffraction beam of 2theta=-21.4 deg. of the H2-Pc, and the diffraction beam near 16.5 deg. tends to be increased. |
