PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation or unevenness of torque and to avoid judder by forming a moving body by an injection molding method and by orientating a fibrous reinforcing material in the moving direction of the moving body by the injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A material of thermoplastic resin of which a glass transition point is 100 deg.C or above is made to contain carbon fibers and the fibrous reinforcing material is orientated in the circumferential direction by injection molding. As to the orientation of this fibrous reinforcing material, the thermoplastic resin material containing the fibrous reinforcing material is injected from a one-point side gate into a mold having a cavity of a ring disk and thereby the contained fibers can be orientated in the circumferential direction with the flow of the resin material. According to this constitution, the fluctuation or unevenness of torque in a rated operation can be reduced and, besides, judder caused on the occasion of driving by the torque with no load or a low load can be eliminated. |
