摘要

PURPOSE:To perform printing of high density and high resolving power generating no missing dots even when a material to be transferred is composed of coarse grain paper by providing a transfer ink layer melted by heating and a sealing layer to one surface of a continuous base film in surface sequence. CONSTITUTION:A heat-meltable ink layer 2 is formed on the surface of a base film from ink compounded with necessary materials through a sensitizing layer 4. The sensitizing layer 4 is mainly formed from wax and, as wax, one having melt index of 100cps or less at 100 deg.C is used. An uncolored clear layer 5 is formed to the surface of the ink layer 2 and a sealing layer 3 is provided so as to be adjacent to the ink layer 2. The ink layer and the sealing layer are successively and repeatedly provided on the surface of the base film in predetermined width.
