It comprises a functional cleaning head outside the blind and an actuating handle located inside the blind, both connected by a rotary piece which runs via the inside of a support resting on the window frame, the handle making it possible to transmit an angular movement to the support of the cleaning element. The apparatus may be connected to a suction device (vacuum cleaner). Applicable to the cleaning of blinds of the type which slides vertically between two guides. <IMAGE>
