PURPOSE:To absorb irregularity in building for a weather strip in which a cover part to be externally fitted to an fixed on the end corner of a door waist part is formed in an integrated form on the end of the weather strip main body, by forming a flexible building adjustment part on the cover part, in a longitudinal direction of a car. CONSTITUTION:A cover part 2 to be externally fitted to and fixed on the end corner part of a waist part of a door inner panel 6 is formed in as integrated manner with a weather strip main body 1 to be installed over the periphery of a door main body 5, namely, front, rear end walls and bottom wall of a door inner panel 6, on the end of the weather strip main body 1. When the cover part 2 is offset to the side of door glass G, and when the door glass G is closed and moved to a wholly-closed position, the cover part 2 is integrated with a bag-like seal part 3 of open-box-shaped flat surface that covers the front end part of the door glass G. Flexible bellows parts 11, 12 are formed in a car width direction on the part that becomes the end wall of a groove 4, on the upper part of an end wall 2a of the cover part 2, and on the upper part of an end wall 3a of the bag-like seal part 3, so as to form a building adjustment part 10 for absorbing the irregularity in building. |
