PURPOSE:To obtain a stock for soybean beverage giving unique drinking feeling, aroma feeling and flavor feeling and capable of widely using as a health beverage, by making soybeans put to uniformly parched into the inside into granules or powder. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, soybeans are parched by gradually heating under careful rolling so as to give nearly uniform brown color from the surface to the center. The resulting soybeans are then made into granules or powder, thus obtaining the objective stock. This stock is put, if desired, into a decocting bag, and hot water is poured thereon into the other objective soybean beverage of brown color; alternatively, the present stock is blended at a desired amount with a conventional beverage such as coffee, cocoa or black tea, and the resultant beverage is taken. |
