The whitebalance warning circuit for checking the state of a whitebalance to warn user of it comprises a display unit (LED) for displaying the state of whitebalance, first to third white signal detecting units (200-202) for receiving the R,G,B signals from a video processor (102) of the video carmera to integrate the R,G,B signals over a reference level, a warning control unit (204) for receiving the output signals from the detecting units (200-202), for checking whether the input signals have a constant mixing ratio to detect the state of whitebalance and for compensating the detected balance state signals with a blank pulse from a sync. signal generating unit (203) of the camera to drive the display unit.
