PURPOSE:To prevent weldline from developing on the peripheral wall of recessed part such as threaded holes or the like by a method wherein the tips of pins, by which the recessed parts of a molded item are formed, are inserted in a cavity after molten resin is poured in the cavity, which is formed in molds. CONSTITUTION:Before the pouring of molten resin in a cavity, pins 12 are in the state retreated leftwards. Under the above-mentioned state, molten resin 15 is poured in a cavity formed between combined molds 10 and 11. After that, before the handening of the poured molten resin 15, the pins 12 are slidden rightwards so as to insert the tips of the pins 12 in the cavity in order to form recessed parts, which serve as threaded holes, in a molded item. As the result, no weldline develops on the peripheral wall of the recessed part 13. |
