PURPOSE:To improve accuracy as compared with manual work by engaging a coil member with a stop slit in a winding shaft at the working position of a supporting cylinder and then retracting the coil member until the end of an inner terminal enters into the stop slit and engaging a drive gear and a driven gear with each other. CONSTITUTION:A guide slit 47 and a stop slit 48, slightly wider than the thickness of a coil member, are arranged while being aligned at an eccentric position on the end faces of a supporting cylinder 38 and a winding shaft 43, where the coil member is guided by the guide slit 47 and stopped in the stop slit 48 and thereby the inner terminal is wound in (1e) shape at an eccentric position. The coil member is gradually shaped into an arch when it passes through the inner conical part 82a of a sizing core metal 82 and shaped into a concentric arch at a pole section. Consequently, profile at a holding section is corrected by simply pushing the coil member toward a sizing/take-up device having a conical sizing shaft at the tip resulting in an automatic accurate and uniform production. |
