PURPOSE:To obtain hamburger having a flavor of marine alga and high nutritive value by blending a marine alga base reconstituted with a proper amount of water with a desired food and roasting. CONSTITUTION:For example, fine pieces of leaves of marine alga are dried. Then the fine pieces are roasted with far infrared rays and curled to give raw material laver. The raw material laver is reconstituted with a proper amount of water to give marine alga base, which is blended with a desired ingredient such as dehydrated bean curd, corn beef, etc., and formed into a hamburger shape. Then the bread crumb is attached to the sea alga material, which is roasted. Fine pieces of laver leaves may be used as the marine alga base. Or freeze-dried laver leaves or powdered laver leaves are used as the marine alga base. |
