PURPOSE:To prevent the heating fume and firing of an electronic circuit board fallen on a heating chamber bottom plate by detecting the fall of the electronic circuit board from a carrying chain to give an alarm, and eliminating the fallen electronic circuit board. CONSTITUTION:A detecting mechanism 41 detects the vibration displacement X of a heating chamber bottom plate 27 caised by the collision of an electronic circuit board fallen from a carrying chain onto the heating chamber 27 as a difference with a fixed space H preliminarily inputted to a CPU 40 by a displacement sensor 37. The detected vibration displacement X is inputted to the CPU 40 through an input interface 38. At this time, the vibration displacement X and a displacement lower limit value are calculated and assayed, and when the vibration displacement X is larger, an alarm buzzer 33 is operated through an output interface 39, and an alarm indicator 34 is lighted. Further, the fallen electronic circuit board is sent to a carrying conveyor, and a driving device for driving the carrying conveyor is operated. |
