The invention relates to a foldable and transformable tubular device consisting of a trolley with receptacle intended to be associated with a deckchair. The assembly makes it possible, on the one hand, to transport objects between the residence or the vehicle and a site, such as the beach for example and, on the other hand, after simple manipulation, use as an ordinary deckchair. In the basic version, the device is produced independently with an element allowing fastening to a deckchair of the type already existing in the marketplace. However, as a variant, the device and the seat may form a non-detachable assembly. In all cases, the assembly is lightweight, compact, foldable and easy to house in the boot of a small car. This invention involves all activities which associate the transportation of objects and the desire to have a seat available, such as fishing etc. <IMAGE>
