PURPOSE:To suppress the increase of traffic by estimating an area with high probability of presence of a mobile machine based on the frequency of connection control for the mobile machine, and moving home memory to the exchange station of the area. CONSTITUTION:The position registration of the mobile machine 7a is performed on the area B, and the number of count of an area presence frequency detector 5 is transmitted to the home memory 21A in the area A via a common line signal circuit 8, and when the number of count exceeds a regulation value, it is judged that the presence area of the mobile machine 7a' goes to the area B, and an instruction to change the home memory 21A to the home memory 21B of an automobile telephone exchange station 2B in the area B is issued from a home memory change instruction device 6B via the automobile telephone exchange station 2B, the common line signal circuit 8, and an automobile telephone exchange station 2A. Then, information with respect to the mobile machine 7a stored in the home memory 21A is file-transferred to the home memory 21B via the common line signal circuit 8, and the transfer of the housing home memory of the mobile machine 7a from the area A to the area B is informed to every automobile telephone exchange station. In such a way, the increment of the traffic can be suppressed.
