PURPOSE:To prevent the abnormal assembly of needles onto a workpiece by visually observing the needles supplied from an upper movable shutter, fixed shutter, lower movable shutter, and a cone guide, through the slit from which the needles can be observed. CONSTITUTION:An upper movable shutter 16 performs reciprocating revolution movement intermittently to allow a through hole 15a to coincide with a through hole 15a, and needles 21 are charged in every several pieces into the through hole 15a of a fixed shutter 15. A lower movable shutter 17 performs reciprocating intermittent movement to allow through holes 17a, 15a, and 18a to coincide, and the needles are supplied one by one into an annular slit 20 from the through hole 18a. Then, the needles are supplied into the slit 27 on a workpiece 10. The supply and insertion of the needles 21 are visually observed through the slits 22, 23, and 24, and thus abnormal assembly is prevented. |
