PURPOSE:To sufficiently reduce the double refraction of a disk by curing a UV-curing resin composition containing a specified compd. to form a substrate of the information recording medium. CONSTITUTION:The substrate of the information recording medium is formed by curing a UV-curing resin composition containing a specified compd. expressed by formula I. In formula I, (n) is an integer from 1 to 4. Namely, with larger (n), the resin gives a linear polymer state and can be easily oriented at the time of curing to cause optical anisotropy. Since a reactive diluent to be used can not make a 2P resin by itself when mixed with a photopolymn. initiator, this diluent is added to the main component by a proper rate. Thereby, the viscosity of the resin composition can be reduced, and the substrate comprising the UV-curing resin containing this compd. shows small double refraction. |
