Device for shaping a blank intended for producing a bag from a single flat cutout (1), which is preferably longitudinal in shape and has two parallel edges (5, 5'), this cutout being capable of being folded over on itself in order to define the two faces of the bag which are joined edge to edge on three sides and which join up on a fourth side via a base formed by the median part of the cutout, including an embossed punch (15) for the three-dimensional shaping (forming) of the central part of the cutout which is to form the base, the punch interacting with a hollow die (16) of complementary shape, the said punch and the die are mounted slidably inside a common guide sleeve (17), interrupted by a transverse slot (18) for the insertion of the cutout (1) to be formed, the punch and the die each being, as desired, capable of pushing back this median part inside the sleeve (17), and thus folding over the two faces (7, 7') towards each other from the base, and the device thus permitting at least two shapings of the base according to whether the faces are folded over towards each other from the base, either on the punch side or on the die side. <IMAGE> |
