CONSTITUTION:The video tape recorder is provided with a confirming tone generating means 10 generating a confirming tone for confirming the operation based on the operation of an operation section 7 and a voice trap circuit 5 as a confirming tone elimination means eliminating a confirming tone component from an input tone inputted from a microphone 3 at pickup. Thus, when the operation section 7 is operated and the operation is valid, a confirming tone is outputted. Since the operator confirms the validity of the operation audibly, the operability is improved and even when the confirming tone is outputted during video recording, since the confirming tone component is attenuated by the voice trap circuit 5, the tone is not recorded on a video tape. |
